Isaiah 9:20-21
New American Standard Bible
20 [a]They devour what is on the right hand but are still (A)hungry,
And [b]they eat what is on the left hand, but they are not satisfied;
Each of them eats the (B)flesh of his own arm.
21 Manasseh devours Ephraim, and Ephraim Manasseh,
(C)And together they are against Judah.
(D)In spite of all this, His anger does not turn away
And His hand is still stretched out.

10 “Then you are to break the (B)jar in the sight of the men who accompany you, 11 and say to them, ‘This is what the Lord of armies says: “To the same extent I will (C)break this people and this city, just as one breaks a potter’s vessel, which cannot again be repaired; and they will (D)bury their dead in Topheth, [a]because there is no other place for burial.
