^13 (A)So the Philistines were subdued and did not again enter the territory of Israel. And the hand of the Lord was against the Philistines all the days of Samuel.

¹⁵ But ^(A)if you will not obey the voice of the Lord, but rebel against the commandment of the Lord, then ^(B)the hand of the Lord will be against you and ^(C)your king.^[a]
